How is the merchandise packed?
We a truly "proud" of our professional and secure packaging! First, each item (already protected with "Bubble-Pack") is individually boxed and further protected either with paper or (for larger and/or more delicate items) we use the expandable "Foam-In-Place" system by Instapack™, that secure the item within its own carton. Then, the "individual" cartons (all properly labeled with Prod. #) are placed inside another box in order to achieve the "double-protection" that most delivery carrier require. The individual cartons are then secured and further protected inside the larger master carton either with paper, extruded natural pine hay, or additional "Foam-In-Place". The individual cartons and packing material are clean and suitable for gift wrapping.

How and when YOUR order IS shipped?
How: We can ship your order either UPS or FEDEX. UPS is the default carrier and our Shopping Cart is directly connect with UPS On-Line. Upon check out UPS will automatically supply to you the shipping cost. To ship Fedex, you will need to supply your Federal Express Account # in the proper space also durting the "check-out" process.

WHEN: Most likely the item you will order will be "In-Stock" and ready to be shipped out within 48 hours. Should your item be "temporarily out-of-stock" we will promptly contact you to advise estimated delivery date.
